Meet Sarah,

It takes courage to reach out when receiving life-changing news about a loved one’s health. Thank you for being here.

Sarah is a Death Doula with an extensive background. As someone who specializes in both fertility and end-of-life care, she looks at life through a unique set of parallel lenses—supporting clients at the beginning of new life, and holding their hands during their final moments on earth. Through these unique experiences, Sarah has witnessed the myriad of ways in which people engage with life and death. As someone whose life has been touched by many layers of loss—much of which was minimized by society—she aspires to deeply support and empower clients as they navigate their unique journeys. Whether you or a loved one has received a serious diagnosis, are approaching the end of your life, or you’re coping with the ever-shifting layers of grief, Sarah has come to find knowledge and beauty in what she calls “the winters” of life. She specializes in supporting caregivers, people who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss, and those of us who are navigating the difficult terrain of grief.

Wherever you are in your journey, Sarah is there to walk alongside you, offering care, support, and guidance. Each step of the way.
